A · LOCKS AT MINUTE 10
Initial priorities
For each: the first action and source IDs. Then what you'd verify. Short bullets; up to 100 words.
B–D · LOCK AT MINUTE 35
Your first plan
You can start these at any time; they stay open after A locks.
Up to five items. For each: issue, next action, who does it, deadline or follow-up trigger, source/authority, status. Short phrases are fine.
Recipient/thread, your draft, source IDs and one check still needed. Up to 90 words.
Recipient/invoice, your draft and source IDs. Up to 90 words.
Short bullets: approved scope and amount; invoiced amount; difference and evidence; payment recommendation and authority; next step. Numbers are enough, no need to repeat your vendor reply. About 50 words.
E–G · OPEN AT MINUTE 35
Adapt and hand off
New facts appear and these fields open automatically at minute 35.
Revise resource allocation, timing, cost/authority and checks for both properties. Draft a short update to each guest and one dispatch request. Name the main trade-off in a sentence. About 250 words; up to 300.
Current issues, proposed commitments and costs, decisions needed, next checks. No access codes, and don't say a draft was sent. Up to 120 words.
Tools used, if any, and why; one or two checks against the sources; anything corrected or unfinished. “No AI used” is fine. Don't paste tool logs. Up to 50 words.
Check amounts, times, recipients and source IDs, and keep proposed actions separate from completed ones. You can submit once the new facts have appeared; otherwise your saved answers submit automatically when time ends.
